This warranty does not limit binding legislation or the consumer’s statutory right. Thise warranty is valid provided that the party selling the product does not issue other warranties, and that the following terms and conditions are met:
If covered by warranty Nocs will replace the product or in some cases, at Nocs discretion, choose to replace it with a refurbished product. If the product is obsolete, a fitting replacement will be selected based on the features and the retail price of the product. For obsolete products Nocs cannot guarantee the same color as the original product. Warranty replacements will be processed within 60 days. If the product should be out of stock this period may be extended. Replaced or repaired products during the Warranty Period will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period, or for 60 days from the date of repair or replacement.
Nocs will bear shipping back to the customer after warranty process only. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs related to returning the product to Nocs. Products needs to be shipped in their original packaging or protected suitably to prevent damageduring shipping. Nocs will not be accountable for damage sustained in shipping. Nocs will only be able to process packages that contain the full info of the customer, full name, shipping address, email address and order number.
If you have received your order and for some reason changed your mind, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send us an email at support (at) nocs.se quoting your order # and we will get back to you with further instructions.
For acceptance of a return the product must be unused and in perfect condition including original packaging, all accessories and a copy of the receipt. Accepted returns will be handled within 14-days of receiving and credited back to your account. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping charges related to a return back to our address in Sweden. Paid shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.
