What countries do you ship to?
Nocs ships worldwide, we believe everyone should have the right to awesome earphones and speakers.
Where does my order ship from?
Nocs uses a sophisticated logistics structure with warehouses in the US, United Kingdom and Hong Kong. Our order system automatically calculates the shortest distance to you and ships from that warehouse.
What payment options do you have?
We accept all major credit and debit cards such as American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Dinersclub.
What is the status of my order?
After you place your order you will receive an order confirmation detailing your purchase. Once your order ships you will get an e-mail with details on how to track your order. If you havent received this e-mail within 3 business days of placing your order please contact us at store@nocs.se
My headphones keep falling out of my ear
The size and anatomy of your ear-canal varies from person to person. Therefore we include various sizes of ear-tips with your earphones. We suggest trying on each pair for a short amount of time to see which fits your ears best.
Does your headphones work with all mp3-players?
Nocs headphones work with all products that use a 3.5mm plug. Our earphones with mic should generally work with these devices as well, but the remote/microphone functionality might be limited.
